Fully Sponsored Participation for Nordic Universities and Research Institutes
Thanks to generous sponsorship from Nordic Energy Research, conference participation is free of charge for all admitted full-paper presenters from Nordic universities and research institutes. This sponsorship applies to long and short full-paper presentations only and does not cover abstract-only poster presentations. Each eligible presenter may present a maximum of one paper under this scheme.

Note:
Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail (contact@nordicenergyinformatics.academy) to the EIA Nordic 2026 conference committee. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received before 22 June 2026. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after 22 June 2026. The refund will be processed only after the conference.
