EIA Nordic 2026 Registration portal

Fully Sponsored Participation for Nordic Universities and Research Institutes

Thanks to generous sponsorship from Nordic Energy Research, conference participation is free of charge for all admitted full-paper presenters from Nordic universities and research institutes. This sponsorship applies to long and short full-paper presentations only and does not cover abstract-only poster presentations. Each eligible presenter may present a maximum of one paper under this scheme.

Registration Channel

Please select the registration option that applies to you.

Participants from Nordic universities or research institutes who are registering their first accepted paper presentation (long or short paper) are eligible for the Nordic fee-waiver scheme and should register via Microsoft Forms.

All other participants should register as Standard Registration via EasyChair. This includes:

  • Non-Nordic presenters

  • Nordic participants presenting abstract posters

  • Participants presenting more than one paper

  • Non-presenting attendees

  • Accompanying guests (gala dinner only)

Registration for Nordic Institutions

For participants from Nordic universities or research institutes who are eligible for the Nordic fee-waiver scheme for their first accepted full paper presentation.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail (contact@nordicenergyinformatics.academy) to the EIA Nordic 2026 conference committee. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received before 30 June 2026. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after 30 June 2026. The refund will be processed only after the conference.
