  • Skavsta Airport (NYO)
    Located 100 km (62 miles) southwest of Stockholm, Skavsta serves budget airlines like Ryanair and Wizz Air.

    • Getting to Stockholm City Center:

      • Airport Coaches (Flygbussarna): Regular buses to Stockholm Central Station (approx. 90 minutes).

      • Car Rental: A good option for those planning to explore the surrounding areas.

By Train

Sweden’s efficient rail network makes train travel an excellent option for reaching Stockholm:
  • High-Speed Trains (SJ)
    Direct trains connect Stockholm to major cities across Sweden and neighboring countries. Travel time examples:

    • Gothenburg to Stockholm: 3 hours

    • Malmö to Stockholm: 4.5 hours

    • Copenhagen to Stockholm: 5 hours

  • Citizens of EU/EEA Countries:
