The submitted papers should be in English

Full papers (12-15 pages excluding references)

Short papers (6-11 pages including references)

Abstracts (max. 250 words excluding references)

The full and short papers must follow the Springer formatting guidelines (see Author’s kit section below).

The abstracts should be submitted via email (contact@energyinformatics.academy), and reviewed by the PC chairs. The abstracts will not be included in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) EI.A 2024 proceedings volumes, but will be made available on the conference webpage.

Ensure that your paper is formatted using the Springer LNICST Authors' Kit, adhering to the guidelines specified in the provided instructions and templates.

Springer LNICST strongly recommends authors include their ORCIDs in their papers.

If a paper includes an Appendix, it should be placed in front of the References. If it has been placed elsewhere, it will be moved by Springer LNICST's typesetters.​

The funding information should be stated in the Acknowledgment, it should be placed in front of the Appendix and References.

When submitting your camera-ready paper, please remember to upload both:

A PDF copy of your paper, formatted according to the provided templates, and
-
An archive file (e.g., zip, tar.gz) containing both a PDF copy of your paper and the LaTeX or Word source material, prepared in compliance with the above guidelines.

All conference papers are subject to a rigorous peer-review process before final decisions and publication. This procedure is managed by the Technical Program Committee's experts during a dedicated conference period. The responsible Technical Program Committee Members determine all review assignments, while the Technical Program Committee Chair oversees the final acceptance selection.
